No pain. All gain.

Relieve wrist pain, reduce tension, and reclaim your focus.

We love the creative process. But the tools we relied on left our hands aching, our shoulders tight, and our focus slipping away. Turns out we weren’t alone.

Repetitive stress injuries from typing can lead to chronic pain, fatigue, and lost productivity. The Flow Keyboard by NUIO is designed to help prevent and relieve RSI—so your hands are aligned, your posture is supported, and your mind stays in flow.

RSI builds slowly. Recovery does too.

Three small changes to how you type, working for you every hour of every day.

01 — Neutral Wrists

Traditional keyboards force your wrists to bend outward and lock in place for hours — the exact strain pattern behind most typing-related RSI. Flow's split, fully adjustable halves let your wrists sit straight and neutral, the way your body wants them.

02 — Open Shoulders

A standard keyboard pulls your hands together and rolls your shoulders inward. Flow's two halves separate to shoulder width, so your chest opens, your shoulders relax, and the tension that creeps up your neck by mid-afternoon never gets a foothold.

03 — Optimized Keys

Flow's radial key layout positions every key where your fingertips naturally fall — so your fingers travel less, stretch less, and strain less. Thousands of keystrokes a day, each one a little easier.

Designed by the former Head of Input at Apple.

Tom Wilson started his career at Frog Design, then spent 12 years at Apple — three of them as Head of Input Hardware, responsible for the keyboards, trackpads, and mice used by hundreds of millions of people. From there he went on to Google, continuing a career spent designing the input tools people use every day.

Across all of it, he kept running into the same problem: the flat, rigid keyboard hasn't fundamentally changed since the typewriter, and our bodies are paying for it.

The Flow Keyboard is his answer — a keyboard designed around the human hand, not the other way around.

Questions we hear from people with RSI

Will this actually help my RSI?

Everyone's situation is different, and we won't promise a cure — RSI has many causes, and a keyboard is one piece of the puzzle alongside breaks, posture, and sometimes professional care. What we can tell you: Flow is designed to eliminate the wrist deviation, shoulder rounding, and finger overreach that make typing a repetitive strain in the first place. And with our 30-day return policy, you can find out what it does for your body with your own hands. Feeling is believing.

How long does it take to adjust to a split keyboard?

Most people are comfortable within a few days and back to full typing speed within one to two weeks. Many tell us the first "ahh" moment — shoulders dropping, wrists relaxing — happens in the first hour. You have 30 days to decide, which is enough time to get through the adjustment period and feel the difference.

I already use wrist braces / take breaks / did ergonomic training. Why would this help?

Those help you cope with a keyboard that's working against you. Flow changes the keyboard itself. Braces and breaks manage the strain; a split, adjustable, radial layout is designed to remove the sources of it — for every one of the thousands of keystrokes you type each day.

Does it work with my Mac (or PC)?

Yes — Flow works with both macOS and Windows, connects over Bluetooth, and pairs with up to three devices. No special software required to get started.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Return it within 30 days. We ask that you keep the original packaging, and returns carry a 10% restocking fee ($39.90) — that's the full extent of your risk on a $399 keyboard. If your hands feel better, you'll know. If they don't, send it back.

Try it on your own hands. That's the only test that matters.

Read every review you like — your body will tell you more in 30 days than the internet can. Use Flow for a full month of real work. If your wrists, shoulders, and focus aren't better off, return it.
