When everything
aligns, you flow.

Tools that fit you, so you can focus on what’s important—your ideas.

Poor posture isn’t just bad for your back—it affects your wrists, shoulders, and long-term productivity.

Our ergonomic keyboard is designed to guide your body back into alignment, one keystroke at a time.

NUIO Flow Keyboard

Good posture isn't a habit you force.
It's a setup you choose.

Three changes to your typing position, working for you every hour of the day.

NUIO Flow Keyboard promotes open shoulders
01 — Open Shoulders

The hunch doesn't start in your back — it starts at your keyboard. A standard board pulls your hands together, rolls your shoulders inward, and drags your head forward. Flow's two halves separate to shoulder width, so your chest opens, your shoulders settle back, and upright stops being something you have to remember.

NUIO Keyboard with wrists in neutral position
02 — Neutral Wrists

Alignment runs through the whole chain — shoulders, arms, wrists. Flow's split, fully adjustable halves rotate to match your natural angle, so each wrist sits straight instead of bent outward. No pinching in the wrist joint, no strain quietly accumulating below the surface.

NUIO Keyboard with optimized key positions
03 — Optimized Keys

Flow's radial key layout puts every key where your fingertips naturally fall — less reaching, less stretching, less drifting out of position to hit distant keys. Thousands of keystrokes a day, each one keeping you aligned instead of pulling you out.

Designed by the former Head of Input at Apple.

Tom Wilson started his career at Frog Design, then spent 12 years at Apple — three of them as Head of Input Hardware, responsible for the keyboards, trackpads, and mice used by hundreds of millions of people. From there he went on to Google, continuing a career spent designing the input tools people use every day.

Across all of it, he kept running into the same problem: the flat, rigid keyboard hasn't fundamentally changed since the typewriter, and our bodies are paying for it.

The Flow Keyboard is his answer — a keyboard designed around the human hand, not the other way around.

Questions we hear about posture...

Can a keyboard really fix my posture?

A keyboard alone won't undo years of habit — chair height, monitor position, and movement all matter. But your keyboard sets the position of your hands, and your hands anchor everything upstream: wrists, arms, shoulders, neck. A standard keyboard forces that whole chain inward and forward. The NUIO Flow Keyboard is designed to open it back up — which makes good posture your default position instead of a constant correction.

I'm not in pain — is this worth it before problems start?

That's actually the best time. Repetitive strain builds slowly and quietly; most people change their setup only after something starts hurting. Setting up your desk around neutral alignment now is exactly how you avoid becoming the person searching "wrist pain" later. Prevention is cheaper than recovery — in every sense.

Will this work with a standing desk?

Yes. Flow is wireless and its two halves position freely, so it moves between sitting and standing setups without cables or reconfiguration. Alignment matters in both positions — a standing desk with hunched shoulders is still a hunch. See our Ergonomic Guide for standing desks.

How long does it take to adjust to a split keyboard?

Most people are comfortable within a few days and back to full typing speed within one to two weeks. Many feel the difference — shoulders dropping, chest opening — in the first day. Our 30-day window gives you time to get through the adjustment and judge it on comfort, not novelty. See how setup works in our five-step guide.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Return it within 30 days. Keep the original packaging; returns carry a 10% restocking fee ($39.90) — that's the full extent of your risk. If you feel the difference, you'll know. If you don't, send it back.

Thirty days of better alignment.
Then decide.

Work a full month on Flow — through the long weeks, the deadline days, the afternoons where tension usually wins. If you don't feel the difference in your shoulders and your focus, return it.
